Funding opportunity of the Platform for Services Analysis and Public Health

The Platform for Services Analysis and Public Health is offering a partial stipend for masters, PhD or postdoctoral student. This partial stipend aims to support the utilization of a platform developed by the Quebec Network for Suicide, Mood Disorders, and Related Disorders (RQSHA) with the SISMACQ of the INSPQ. This platform, directed by Professors Alain Lesage, Elham Rahme, Marie-Josée Fleury et Christophe Huynh, supports INSPQ research efforts in mental health and has fully participated in the development of mental health indicators (suicide, autism spectrum, addictions, personality disorders, ADHD etc.).

The student(s) who receive(s) funding through this partial stipend will conduct masters, doctoral, or postdoctoral work in coordination with the directors of the platform and the INSPQ in Quebec. Student fellows will be chosen for their capacity to come and do the analyses at the regulated and secured area in INSPQ in Quebec. The proposals to work outside SISMACQ on databases which combine new sources (eg E-CLSC, triage grid in emergency, CRDependencies) or demarcated populations (eg Schizophrenia) will be also accepted.

The fellowship will be awarded to a student member of the RQSHA whose supervisor(s) are also RQSHA members. The deadline for this call is September 1st  2020, midnight.
